As an efficient crushing equipment, the Tower mill has the following comprehensive advantages compared to ball mill/vertical mill and Raymond mill under specific working conditions: By depening on strong squeezing, grinding, and internal grading of mineral materials, Tower mills greatly reduce system power. In general usage scenarios, energy savings can reach over 50%, while in special usage scenarios, the energy savings are extremely high, greatly reducing production costs. By relying on internal grading, the Tower mill can easily process mineral sand into products with the required fineness, which can be adjusted between 74-1 μ m.. By adjusting the feeding amount and particle size of a Tower grinder, its production capacity and product particle size can be controlled, greatly improving the adaptability of the equipment.
The tower mill operates at low speed and is an industrial equipment with high reliability and long service life. It has strong adaptability to the hardness and grindability of mineral materials, and has achieved large-scale production of micrometer level products. The tower mill is mainly composed of a transmission system, tower body, spiral agitator, protective lining, etc. In the production process, a certain amount of grinding media is required, mainly using grinding steel balls.
High chromium grinding ball was casted with high chrome (10-28% Cr) alloy materiall. This kind grinding balls advantage as: high hardness ( HRC 58- 67 ), high wear-resistance , low breakage rate, high corrosion resistance
>Product Advantage
1.Lower consumption cost
Because the high chrome grinding ball have higher hardness, and can be make with different content of Chromium (10-28%), so this kind grinding media comsumtions will be only 25%-65% as forged steel & lower chrome casting ball which be used to Ball mill & Tower mill. For some special mineral which have highest hardness such as Quartz sand, choose high chrome ultra (Cr: 23-28%) casting steel ball, the grinding media consumption cost will be much few than other kinds grinding media
2.Higher hardness
High Chromium casting ball with special heat treatment processing (Oil quench & annealing), will have higher hardness than Forged grinding ball. 10% Cr- Chromium casting ball, ball diameter size Φ10 - Φ70 mm, grinding ball hardness can be HRC 66, much higher than Forging ball and Low chrome steel ball. And ball surface & core hardness difference less than HRC 1
3.Customized alloy Steel composition
NGZR foundry can be followed customer’s requirement to readjust the Chemical Composition of Chromium alloy content (1.0-28%) and other metallic element , with special heat-treatment processing, that can make this casting steel ball got different thechnical paramenters, such as hardness / Impact Value / Breakage and de-shaping rate / micro- structure / high PH degree of acid or alkali resistant / high temperature resistance etc, to match customer’s diffent required
4.Customized grinding media shape
NGZR can develop and make different shape of grinding media as: Grinding ball (Sphere) / Grinding cylpebs ( Cylinder) / Grinding egg ( Ellipsoid) / Polyhedron Shape and other special customized shape. Different shape grinding media will have better grinding effect with different grinding conditions
5.lower breakage & out-of-roundness rate
Depend oncontrolling raw material quality / advanced casting production equipment & special heat-treatment processing, The high chromium casting grinding ball product of NGZR have good Physical Property, large size casting ball breakage & Out-of-roundness rate will less than 1%; Small size casting ball breakage & Out-of-roundness rate will less than 0.5%

1.Mining concentration plant

2.Cement industry
Be used to grinding the cement raw materials ( Limestone / Clay/ Iron ore or Steel slag / Coal ore etc) and cement clinker by Ball mill & Roller machine. High chromium grinding media is the best choice for cement plant because the media consumption is very less.
3.Coal-fired power plant
Be used to grinding coal ore of power plant raw material by Ball mill or Roller mill.

How to require a quotation ?
Please send details of your requirement (you can choose item on RFQ list )to us by E-mail, we will send quotation to you within 3 working days.
How to require a free sample ?
Please send your sample requirement to us,we will check and confirmed to you within 3 days. Sample quantity less than 3 pcs can be free, but sample express charge & tax fee should be by Freight Collect.
What is your MOQ ?
This high chrome mill ball MOQ is 1 tons per each size, 20 tons per each shipment; In order to save the export & transport & shipping charge, each shipment quantiy more than 100 tons will be better.
What is your order Lead-time ?
Order Quantity less than 100 mt, the lead-time is 20-30 days after order deposit;
Order Quantity is 100-1000 mt, the first 500 mt need 30-45 days, balance will be 45-60 days;
Order Quantity is 1000-9000 mt, first 500 mt need 30 days, balance will be 2000 mt each month;
What is your export product package ? How to transport ?
Our product export package is ton bag (1 - 2 ton)or metal drum (0.8-1 t), 2 tons on one wooden pallet. For oversea customer, we will shipping with container ( 20 feet container loading 20-25 mt) , or transport by train with container.
What is your payment term ?
With different price & quantity of contract, We accept different payment term as below:
1. 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment ( Quantiy less than 200 tons);
2. 20% T/T in advance, balance O/A 30-60 days ( Quantiy 200-1,000 tons);
10% T/T in advance, balance O/A 60-180 days ( Quantiy more than 1,000 tons);
