NGZR for the crusher can be produced according to the casting drawing requirements provided by customers, or designed and customized according to the working conditions of customers' existing crusher equipment. The casting material is made of high manganese alloy or high chromium alloy, and the automatic casting production line is produced by the lost mold shell investment casting process, and the special heat treatment production process is used to ensure the hardness/toughness and service life of the finished casting.

It can be produced according to the drawings and technical indicators provided by customers, and can also be developed and designed for customers with better quality and longer service life according to the actual use of customers' equipment.

Has the production experience for hammer crusher/impact crusher/jaw crusher and other types of crusher wear-resistant castings, the products produced are: guard plate/hammer head/knife/sieve plate/jaw plate/grate strip/chute plate and other types of wear-resistant castings

Different alloy materials such as Mn13Cr2/ Mn18Cr2/ Cr5Mo/Cr15Mo2 / Cr26Ni5 /CrMoNi can be selected to produce castings with different characteristics suitable for various extreme conditions. It is widely used in the crushing of non-metallic ores such as iron ore/non-ferrous metal ore and coal mine/cement/sand aggregate.

The factory purchases high-quality raw materials, selects special alloy composition ratio, uses advanced lost mold shell casting process automatic casting production line for production, and carries out strict heat treatment and quenching procedures for semi-finished castings, so as to ensure that the quality of the castings produced is excellent!
