Low chromium casting Grinding ball & cylpebs are kind of media be used in ball mill in industries of Mining / Coal-fired power plant etc, to help crush & mill iron ore or Coal ore. This kind gridning media row material is low chromium (1- 8% Cr) alloy steel, casting by hand with Irom mould , product hardness is HRC 46-54 without heat treatment. This low chrome gringing media price is the cheapest for all other kind grinding media.

Lower chromium casting grinding ball is a consumable grinding media, be used to mill & grinding raw material such as mineral ore block to powder by equipment of Ball mill , The application industries as:
1.Mining
Wildly used to mineral processing for Iron mine/ Copper mine /Gold mine Sliver mine/ Lead-Zinc mine / Bauxite mine/ Nickel mine / Manganese mine / Chromium mine / Lithium carbonate mine / Graphite mine / Fluoride mine /Quartz mine etc.
2.Coal-fired power plant.
Be used to grinding coal ore of power plant raw material by Ball mill or Roller mill.
3.Concrete & Construction material.
AAC (Autoclaved aerated concrete brick) plant used to grinding raw material : sand / Coal ash;
PHC (pre-stressed high-strength concrete) tubular pile plant used to to grinding raw material ;

How to select right type /size and quantity of grinding media?
1.Follow the mill machinery size
In general, The mill machine have larger diameter size , input raw ore with larger size and get higher grinding efficiency, need to select large size grinding ball. When the mill diameter size more than 6 meters, the grinding ball breakage rate will be higher, that should be selecting the grinding ball with high toughness, that need your grinding media supplier make special manufacturing for you.
2.Follow the type of mineral and input & output raw ore size
In mineral processing plant, one stage grinding used large size grinding ball, the secondary fine grinding used small size grinding ball or cylpebs, choose high chrome grinding media will get less wear cost and high grinding efficiency.
In cement plant, The first chamber of cement ball mill used large size high chrome grinding media, and the second chamber will used small size high chrome grinding cylinder.
3.First installation loading grindng media size proportioning
Ball mill first installation , grinding ball quantity should be 35-45% of whole ball mill loading weight, to Follow mill speed / input mineral size /output size and grinding efficiency to adjust grinding media loading weight. First installation will loading 3-5 different size grinding ball, and middle size ball quantity should me more than 50%, thereafter, add large size ball quantity follow the grind media consumption.

What is your MOQ ?
This high chrome grinding ball MOQ is 1 tons per each size, 20 tons per each shipment;
In order to save the export & transport & shipping charge, each shipment quantiy more than 100 tons will be better.
What is your order Lead-time ?
Order Quantity less than 200 mt, the lead-time is 30 days after order deposit;
Order Quantity is 200-1000 mt, the first 500 mt need 30 days, balance will be 45-60 days;
Order Quantity more than 1000 mt, first 500 mt need 30 days, balance will be 1000 mt each month;
What is your export product package ? How to transport ?
Our product export package is ton bag (1000 kg per bag) ;
For oversea customer, we will shipping with container ( 20 feet container loading 20-25 mt) , or transport by train with container.
What is your payment term ?
With different order quantity , We accept different payment term as below:
1. 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment ( Quantiy less than 500 tons);
