The mill liner is used to protect the cylinder from direct impact and friction between the grinding body and the material. Different forms of liners can also be used to adjust the movement state of the grinding body to enhance its crushing effect on the material, which helps to improve the grinding efficiency of the mill, increase production, and reduce metal consumption.
The cylinder lining plate not only protects the cylinder body, but also affects the movement law of the grinding body. In order to meet the requirements of various working states (crushing or fine grinding), the shape and material of the lining plate are also different. When grinding is the main method, it is required that the lining plate has a strong ability to push the grinding body, and at the same time, the lining plate should have good impact resistance; When fine grinding is the main method, the protrusion of the lining plate is relatively small, the pushing effect on the grinding body is weak, the impact is small, and the grinding effect is strong. It is required that the lining plate has good wear resistance.

How to choose correct alloy material and shape to reduce production cost?
1.Fit the existing mill size to choose alloy material
The existing mill diameter size become large (more than 6 meter), the mill liner will be come under more impact power from grinding media and mineral, so the liner should be more toughness to avoid to broken.
When the mill diameter more than 6 meters, can choose the Mn-Cr alloy cast & Rubber & Ceramics composite liner
2.Fit the RCM to choose the liner thickness size
The RCM ( reliability-centered maintenance) time of mill become loner, the mill liner thickness size should be increased. However, the liner thickness size increased, the liner total weight will enlarge, so the liner purchased cost will rised, and the Production efficiency will reduce.
So choose the less thickness size to fit the Mill rational RCM time will Improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
3.Develop and design the better shape of liner
The better shape ( The step at cylinder liner inside) will help Mill have more effective grinding, increased the production capaciy and quality!

Please send your mill liner drawing and purchase quantity to us, we will send the commerical offer to you within 3 working days by E-mail.
How to place an order if we have not liner drawing ?
Please contact with us, NGZR will arrange a Service Engineer to your mill workshop to measure on site.
What is your MOQ ?
For the mill liner, Our MOQ is one sets of whole mill liner.
What is your order Lead-time ?
The lead-time is 30-60 days after get purchase order deposit;
What is your payment term ?
1. 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment ;
2. O/A 30-180 days

Do you provide the Installation Service?
Yes, we provide the Installation Service,we will arrange a Service Engineer team to your Mill workshop to install, but this service need you pay all charge.
And also we provide the Installation Guide by video / phone with free (don’t arrive to your workshop).
