Mill liners was a very important wear parts for mill machinery in Mining / Cement and other indurtries. These protective linings are made of Alloy steel /Ceramics / Rubbers and composite material.
Mill machinry was used to grind / crush the mineral from square shape to powder, the grinding process is a very important manufacturing technical for mineral processing plant, but this mineral grinding process will abrade & destory grinder machinery, that should be shutdown the grinding process to repair with long time & Substantial loss.
Mn-Cr alloy steel cast liner is the wildly uses and the longest usage history for all kind material liner. As the same useful life time, the Mn-Cr alloy steel liner cost is the lowest.

If customer can’t provide drawing of existing mill liner, NGZR will arrange our service engineer come to measuring and design of the one-stop service with free of charge.

1.Fit the existing mill size to choose alloy material
The existing mill diameter size become large (more than 6 meter), the mill liner will be come under more impact power from grinding media and mineral, the liner abrasive wear loss become large , and the liner useful life will shorter, So you should be choose the matrial which have high wear resitance such as high Chromium alloy steel or Alloy -Ceramics composite material etc.
When the ball mill diameter less than 6 meters, can choose the lower unit cost material such as Mn-Cr alloy steel material (M13Cr2- Mn18Cr2).
2.Fit the RCM to choose the liner thickness size
The RCM ( reliability-centered maintenance) time of mill become loner, the mill liner thickness size should be increased. However, the liner thickness size increased, the liner total weight will enlarge, so the liner purchased cost will rised, and the Production efficiency will reduce.
So choose the less thickness size mill liner with best quality to fit the Mill rational RCM time will Improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
3.Develop and design the better shape of liner
The better shape ( The step of cylinder liner inside) will help Mill have more effective grinding, increased the production capaciy and quality!

How to get an reference price ?
Please send your liner drawing with size details and purchase quantity to us, we will send the commerical offer to you by E-mail within 3 working days .
How to place an order if we have not liner drawing ?
Please contact with us, NGZR will arrange a Service Engineer to your mill workshop to measure on site, then we will draw the dimensions drawing and send to you approved. After you approved the liner drawing, we can confrim the order and arrange to produce.
What is your MOQ ?
For the mill liner, MOQ is one sets of whole mill liner
What is your order Lead-time ?
The order lead-time is 30-60 days after get deposit;

1. 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment ;
