Excavator bucket teeth are important components on excavators, similar to human teeth and also vulnerable parts. They are a combination of tooth seat and tooth tip, connected by a pin shaft. Due to the wear and failure of the bucket teeth, only the tooth tips need to be replaced.
The process of making bucket teeth includes sand casting, forging , and precision casting. Sand casting is The lowest cost and lower level of craftsmanship and tooth quality compared to precision casting and forging. Forging : with the higher cost and the better craftsmanship and tooth quality. Precision casting: Moderate cost but very strict requirements for raw materials, and relatively high level of craftsmanship. Some precision cast bucket teeth have even exceeded the wear resistance and quality of forged bucket teeth due to ingredient reasons. Precision casting of bucket teeth is the mainstream manufacturing process for bucket teeth in the market.

How to choose correct alloy material to reduce production cost?
1.Fit the existing bucket teeth to choose alloy material
The bucket teeth size become large, the alloy material should have more Strength and toughness, bucket teeth product should have high hardness & impact toughness & abrasion resistant, then product will be made of a new high-quality Cr-Mn alloy steel composite casting, its service life will be better than forged stell .
2.Fit the RCM to choose the liner thickness size
The RCM ( reliability-centered maintenance) time of bucket teethl become loner, the teeth thickness size should be increased. However, the teeth thickness size increased, the product total weight will enlarge, so their purchased cost will rised.

How to place an sample order if we have not wear-part drawing ?
Please contact with us, NGZR will arrange a Service Engineer coantact with you, then we will draw the dimensions drawing and send to you approved. After you approved the drawing, we can confrim the sample order and arrange to produce.
What is your MOQ ?

What is your order Lead-time ?
The order lead-time is 30-60 days after get deposit;
