Spiral classifier (Screw classifier)is one of the equipment for mineral processing. It is a mechanical classification device that uses the principle that the solid particles have different specific gravities, resulting in different sedimentation speeds in liquids. It can filter the mineral powder ground in the mill, and then use spiral blades to screw the coarse material into the feed inlet of the mill, and discharge the filtered fine material from the overflow pipe.

Spiral classifiers are widely used in mineral processing plants to form a closed-loop circulation process with ball mills for separating mineral sand, or in gravity beneficiation plants to classify ore sand and fine mud, as well as in metal beneficiation processes for particle size classification of slurry, and in mineral washing operations such as desliming and dewatering.

If  customer can’t provide drawing of existing Spiral Classifier, NGZR will arrange our service engineer come to measuring and design of the one-stop service with free of charge.

How to choose correct alloy material and shape to reduce production cost?


1.Fit the existing Classifier to choose blades material

This blanes is made of a new high-quality Cr-Mn alloy steel composite casting, its service life is better than other kind steel.


2.Fit the RCM to choose the liner thickness size

The RCM ( reliability-centered maintenance) time of  Spiral Classifier Blades become loner, the blades Alloy steel abrasion resistant should be increased.  However, the abrasion resistant increased, This blades alloy material will be more expensive, so the blades purchased cost will rised.


3.Design better shape of blades

The better shape of blades will help classifier have more effective working, increased the production capaciy and quality!

How to get a commerical offer ?

Please send your classifier blades details (Machinery specifications / wear- parts drawing ) and purchase quantity to us, we will send the commerical offer to you by E-mail within 3 working days .


How to place an trial order if we have not wear-part drawing ?

Please contact with us, NGZR will arrange a Service Engineer contact with you, then we will draw the dimensions drawing and send to you approved. After you approved the drawing, we can confrim the order and arrange to produce.


What is your MOQ ?

For the Blanes, MOQ is 1000 kgs per each shipment.


What is your order Lead-time ?

The order lead-time is 30-60 days after get deposit;


What is your payment term ?

1.  30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment ;

2.  O/A  30- 180 days;



What is your price term ?
