High tension insulator are a special type of insulation control that can play an important role in overhead transmission lines. In the early years, insulators were mostly used for utility poles, but gradually developed to include many disc-shaped in sulators hung at one end of high voltage power line connection towers to increase the creepage distance. They are usually made of glass or ceramic and are called insulators. Insulators should not fail due to various mechanical and electrical stresses caused by changes in environmental and electrical load conditions, otherwise insulators will not have a significant effect and will damage the use and operating life of the entire line.
High voltage power composite insulator is a type of insulator product, which refers to insulators used for high-voltage and ultra-high voltage overhead transmission lines and substations. In order to meet the needs of different voltage levels, different quantities of single insulators of the same type are usually used to form insulator strings or multiple insulation pillars. The product consists of iron caps, tempered glass pieces, and steel feet, which are bonded together with cement adhesive.
This product is a part of porcelain insulator, be used to connect and protect the porcelain insulator. This casting steel cap raw material can used Ductile iron or other kind alloy steel, product can do heat-treatment, and finished with Hot Dip Galvanizing, that will improve this product quality and life !

If customer can’t provide drawing of existing steel cap , NGZR will arrange our service engineer come to measuring and design of the one-stop service with free of charge.
If customer required, NGZR provide door to door installation guide serivce with pay charge.
