The cone crusher uses the rotation of the electric motor to drive the transmission shaft and cone part to perform a swinging motion, causing the crushing wall (Mantle liner) to sometimes approach and sometimes leave the fixed wall surface (the Bowl liner), thereby subjecting the ore to impact, compression, and bending in the crushing chamber, achieving the crushing of the ore.
The Cone crusher is an advanced hydraulic crusher with high power, high crushing ratio, and high productivity. It has a wide range of applications, especially for ultrafine crushing of hard rocks, ores, slag, refractory materials, etc.Impact crusher usually be used for first , second and finally crushing mineral of lower & medium hardness, such as limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, sulfide iron ore, gypsum, and chemical raw materials.

If customer can’t provide drawing of existing cone crusher, NGZR will arrange our service engineer come to measuring and design of the one-stop service with free of charge.

How to choose correct alloy material and shape to reduce production cost?
1.Fit the existing Cone crusher to choose alloy material
High Mn-Cr alloy steel have good impact toughness, not easy broken, can be used to Bowl liner;
High Chromium alloy steel have good hardness & wear-rate than Mn-Cr alloy, but easy to broken, can be used to make Mantle ling plate.
2.Fit the RCM to choose the alloy steel
The RCM ( reliability-centered maintenance) time of crusherl become loner, the crusher liner & Mantle plate should be have higher hardness. However, the product hardness increased, that will be used more expensive alloy raw material such as Mo / Ni / Cu / Cr / Mn etc, that will be increased the product price and unit usage cost.
3.Design the better shape of crusher liner & Mantle plates
The better shape of Mantle plates & Bowl liner will help crusher have more effective crushing, increased the production capaciy and quality!

How to get a Quotation ?
Please send your Cone crusher machinery informations sucha as Machinery brand /specifications / wear- parts drawing etc. and purchase quantity to us, we will send our quotation sheet to you by E-mail within 3 working days .
How to place an order if we have not wear-part drawing size ?
Please contact with us, We will arrange a Service Engineer to your mill workshop to measure on site, then we will draw the dimensions drawing and send to you approved. After you approved the drawing, we can confrim the order and arrange to produce.
What is your MOQ ?
For this Cone crusher, MOQ is one sets of whole Cone crusher wear-parts.
What is your order Lead-time ?
The order lead-time is 30-45 days after get deposit;
