Jaw crusher is a crushing machinery that uses the squeezing and bending effects of two jaw plates on mineral to First or Second crush various hardness mineral.
This Jaw crusher consists of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. When the two jaw plates approach, the ore is crushed. When the two jaw plates leave, the ore blocks smaller than the discharge port are discharged from the bottom.
Its breaking action is intermittent. This type of crusher is widely used in industrial sectors such as mineral processing, building materials, silicates, and ceramics due to its advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, and ability to crush hard materials.
1. Jaw plates
Jaw plates is the consumable spare part of Jaw crusher machinery , be used to Crush & Smash the minerals / rocks or other raw material. this crusher jaw plates should have longer life with high hardness, lower wear-rate & breakage rate, so used high Manganese alloy or high Chromium alloy material to make, casting by advanced automatic casting line, finished product with special heat-treatment, will improve this hammer product quality and life !
2.Side liner
This spare wear part of Jaw cruser be used to protect the machine will not broken by ore impact during operation, should have longer life with high hardness, lower wear-rate & breakage rate.

How to choose correct alloy material and shape to reduce production cost?
1.Fit the existing Jaw crusher to choose Jaw plates Alloy material
High Mn-Cr alloy steel have good impact toughness, should not be broken;
High Cr alloy steel have good hardness & wear-rate than Mn-Cr alloy, but easy to broken;
2.Fit the RCM to choose the alloy steel
The RCM ( reliability-centered maintenance) time of crusherl become loner, the crusher liner and Jaw plate should be have more hardness. However, the product hardness increased, that will be used more expensive alloy material such as Mo / Ni / Cu / Cr / Mn etc, that will be increased the product price and unit usage cost.
3.Design the better shape of crusher liner & Jaw plates
The better shape of Jaw plates & liner will help crusher have more effective crushing, increased the production capaciy and quality!

How to get a Quotation ?
Please send your Jaw crusher crusher wear part details (Machinery brand /specifications / wear- parts drawing ) and purchase quantity to us, we will send our quotaion sheet to you by E-mail within 3 working days .
How to place an order if we have not wear-part drawing ?
Please contact with us, We will arrange a Service Engineer to your mill workshop to measure on site, then we will draw the dimensions drawing and send to you approved. After you approved the drawing, we can confrim the order and arrange to produce.
What is your MOQ ?

What is your order Lead-time ?
The order lead-time is 30-45 days after get deposit;
