Hammer crusher is a type of equipment that crushes minerals in the form of impact, directly crush minerals from max particle size of 600-1800 mm to less than 25 mm. Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing medium hardness minerals such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. in industrial sectors such as cement, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc.
The hammer crusher is composed of a chassis, rotor, hammer head, impact lining plate, sieve plate, etc.
1. Hammer head
The hammer head is the most important working component of a hammer crusher. The quality & shape and material of the hammer head determine the production capacity of the hammer crusher.
The kinetic energy of the hammerhead is proportional to its weight. hammerhead was heavier, the kinetic energy will greater, and the crushing efficiency will higher. The hammerhead has a complete range of weight types, from min. 15 kg to max. 298 kg. Multiple hammerhead weights can be customized according to customer needs.
The hammerhead is made of a new high-quality Cr-Mn alloy steel composite casting, its service life is several times that of ordinary hammerheads.
2. Impact liner & Sieve plate
The hammer crusher uses the hammer head to strike the ore at high speed, and the ore has a great speed and kinetic energy in an instant. In order to prevent wear of the crusher frame, Mn-cr alloy steel is used to lining plate on the inner wall of the frame and impact liner & sieve plate , ensuring superior wear resistance and impact resistance of the lining plate and sieve plates.
Due to the harsh working environment of the hammer crusher, its quality determines its service life, and the quality of the hammer crusher is determined by the materials of its constituent components.

NGZR foundry was able to match customer needs to readjust the Chemical Composition of alloy steel content (Mn /Cr) , or increased other special metallic element (Si /Mo /Cu /Ni etc), through special heat-treatment processing, can help this casting mill liner achieve to special Mechanical performance, to follow different customer’s different working conditions.
Customized drawing size and shape
NGZR foundry can follow customer’s drawing of exist crusher wear part to customized . Also we can revised the exist wear parts shape / thickness and wearing quality to help customer get lower wear-parts cost and higher production efficiency.
Door to door measure & Installation Guide
If customer can’t provide drawing of existing hammer crusher, NGZR will arrange our service engineer come to measuring and design of the one-stop service with free of charge.
If customer required, NGZR provide door to door installation guide serivce with pay charge.

How to choose correct alloy material and shape to reduce production cost?
1.Fit the existing crusher to choose hammer size

2.Fit the RCM to choose the liner thickness size
The RCM ( reliability-centered maintenance) time of crusherl become loner, the crusher liner thickness size should be increased. However, the liner thickness size increased, the liner total weight will enlarge, so the liner purchased cost will rised.
3.Design the better shape of crusher liner & hammer
The better shape of hammer & liner will help crusher have more effective crushing, increased the production capaciy and quality!

How to get a commerical offer ?
Please send your hammer crusher details (Machinery brand /specifications / wear- parts drawing ) and purchase quantity to us, we will send the commerical offer to you by E-mail within 3 working days .
How to place an order if we have not wear-part drawing ?
Please contact with us, NGZR will arrange a Service Engineer to your crusher workshop to measure on site, then we will draw the dimensions drawing and send to you approved. After you approved the drawing, we can confrim the order and arrange to produce.
What is your MOQ ?
For the Hammer Crusher wear part, MOQ is one sets of whole hammer crusher wear-parts.
What is your order Lead-time ?
The order lead-time is 30-60 days after get deposit;

1. 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment ;
